Former Pretoria Boys High School pupil receives gift for his performance in French

Ambassador of France to South Africa HE Elisabeth Barbier handed over some French books to Johannes Coetzee who obtained 98% for French in Grade 12 in 2015.

Of all the students who responded to the French Embassy, Johannes Coetzee got the best grade in French.

On Friday 9 September 2016, Ambassador of France to South Africa HE Elisabeth Barbier visited Pretoria Boys High School to hand over a gift hamper of books to Johannes Coetzee, a former pupil who obtained 98% for French in Grade 12 last year. As Johannes loves cooking, one of the book he received was a French recipe book.

In her speech, Ambassador Barbier said: “Today, it is my pleasure to reward Mr Coetzee for his dedication, hard work and outstanding results obtained in matric in the French Discipline”.
