Invitation to the launch of the France Alumni platform in SA [fr]

Each year, nearly 300,000 foreign students pursue their studies in France, which is now the third most attractive country in the world for foreign students.

Alumni can now keep in touch with France

The digital France Alumni platform aims to allow foreign alumni to stay in contact with France, its schools, universities, enterprises, and culture. With France Alumni, former students can interact with each other, have access to different opportunities for trainings, scholarships, internships or job offers, and stay updated on the latest in French culture and tourism. This new site is likewise an opportunity for the international development of French companies and universities which can establish new partnerships, either commercial or academic, with the alumni.

This platform is established and managed by Campus France, the French agency tasked with student mobility, and consist of a main site and local sites managed by the French Embassies abroad. Germany, Brazil, Columbia, Gabon, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, the Philippines, Turkey and Vietnam were the first 10 countries to adopt the France Alumni platform. Other French missions joined this initiative in 2015, and the French Embassy in Pretoria is glad to announce the launch of the South African website on 15 July 2015.
