The Embassy of France is seeking to appoint an Admin / Personal Assistant within the Cultural Department.

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements :

  • Managing agenda and telephone calls
  • Organising business travels
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Taking care of e-mail
  • Communication and good interpersonal skills
  • French and English compulsory

- Gross salary: R14,006 per month + 13th cheque
- Applications close on 26th July 2014.
- Contract starting on 1st Septembre 2014.
- Position located in Pretoria.

NB: Non South African candidates must have a current work permit and the right to reside and work in South Africa.
