French community organisations

  • Jo’bourg Accueil, an AFFF member, established four years ago, has grown rapidly because of the involvement of the wives of diplomatic personnel. The association tries to help new arrivals to integrate, which is often made difficult because of security concerns or language barriers. A quarter of its members are French and the remainder Francophone. Mail : jobourgaccueil@hotmail.com
  • The Froggies is an informal group which hosts monthly lunch get-togethers. Mail : info@lesfroggies.net; Website (french): www.lesfroggies.net
